Just wanted to say how impressive I think you are! I know all about shutting down and not wanting to be out and about . That’s ok because all that’s important is getting thru this one awful day at a time. I know the physical stuff seems unbearable but what makes you you is still there, your spirit and lovely essence. You all your family are in my thoughts.
